1. Agreement
By using XtraHustle you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and be at least 18 years old to offer services or advertise vacancies. You may hold more than one role on the same account. Accounts used for fraud, impersonation or harassment may be suspended.
3. Marketplace role
XtraHustle is a platform that connects people. We are not the employer, the contractor or the client, and we are not a party to the agreements reached between users. Employers are responsible for the lawfulness of their adverts and their employment terms. Service providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their work, and for holding any licence or registration their trade requires.
4. Vacancies and services
Vacancies must be genuine and may not request payment from applicants. Service offers must accurately describe the work performed. XtraHustle may review, pause or remove listings that breach these rules, and reports are investigated by our team.
5. Payments and paid placement
Promotions, featured placements and subscriptions are optional. Paid placement is activated only after payment has been verified on our servers and expires automatically at the end of the paid period. Sponsored and promoted placements are always labelled. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by XtraHustle.
6. Reviews
Reviews must relate to genuine work. Reviews may be moderated or removed where they contain abuse, personal information or content unrelated to a real interaction.
7. Prohibited conduct
No unlawful discrimination, no misleading adverts, no requests for upfront fees from jobseekers, no spam, no scraping, no attempts to bypass security, and no sharing of another person's private information without consent.
8. Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, XtraHustle is not liable for indirect loss arising from interactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.
